US Domestic Shipping

We charge a flat rate shipping and processing fee of $10 for all orders. We are constantly looking into options to lower shipping costs.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We’d love to expand our capabilities in the future.

Returns

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our items, we cannot always accept returns. If the soap has been used, we cannot refund your order, but we can offer a number of options to limit waste. Please contact us directly at woodlandworksllc@gmail.com if you have any issues and we can arrange an exchange based on Woodland Works LLC’s discretion.

Allergies

It is the responsiblilty of the skincare user to determine whether or not they will have a reaction to our product. Please read all ingredients before buying. If you have sensitive skin, test a small amount on your arm before applying to your entire body. All skincare is made in a workspace that uses nut-based oils. We’re working to perfect a recipe for allergen-friendly skincare in the future. All soaps are pH tested and tested on human skin before their release.

Handmade

Handmade means that there is care in every product. No two soaps look alike. Expect minor variations in size, design, and coloration.
